The van was a dream to drive. It suited yhe amount of people we had in our party. The staff were so great, so easy both at pick up, bearing in mind its hot and everyone is watching you and drop off with all the luggage. They added to my holiday experience. Thanks

“Unclean car with defect”
About Alamo: 5.6 /10
Car was unclean inside with hair food and other dirt in handbrake gator. Dust, hair and dirt on dash and thick in speed display dials. Rear window drivers side did not shut properly and leaked in rain. It had to be pushed shut by hand. Pointed out to staff on return who did not show any interest. For a prestige vehicle this was unacceptable.

Excellent car I must add that the windscreen wiper reservoir bottle was empty and the Radiator level bottle was below the minimum mark when I checked under the bonnet two days into the rental.It makes me wonder if the car was through our checked over before rental began. Overall excellent car
