The car and service were great. For a cheap rental the car even had satnav. I will use them again.
Google maps did take me to the wrong location for Great Rentals (around the back where there is no entrance)
I initially thought that for a short two-day stay and not too far distance, getting the cheapest car would be fine. However, our flight was delayed by 20 minutes, and they asked us to pay a 50 NZD overtime fee for their employee, which is roughly 250 RMB. They also said if we don't pay, we’d have to collect the car the next day. Upon arrival, they demanded a 500 NZD deposit, although the contract stated 1000 NZD. Unlike other companies, they don’t have their own counter and parking spaces at the airport. Instead, they have a lot about 5-6 kilometers away, and they’d shuttle you there only if you contact them in advance. These hidden terms made the overall cost higher than a big rental company. From now on, I will not choose a small rental company just based on price. The car's condition was terrible, and it’s lucky we didn’t face any issues. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and were mainly young Chinese.
Any issues where dealt with quickly. Very clean and very comfortable Toyota Alphard.
Rear tv and ac controls.
Scratches and marks on exterior off car did not faze us.
Plenty of room and space for the whole family is what counted thanks

When people are paying the fee please make sure no hidden surprise like I got when I got an international fee associated with my booking.
We booked an economy car, Toyota Yaris or similar. We got a Toyota Vitz, no worries there. But the car was from 2012, had no Bluetooth connection, no AUX and no USB-port for charging. And it was an imported Japanese car which meant the radio only worked in the FM-range of 76-90 MHZ and so you couldn't even listen to music that way. You could find a station for a minute or two but reception was BAD!!!!!!!!!!
