Staff at the pick up and drop off were all exceptionally friendly. They recommended places to visit and seemed genuinely interested in our holiday and in what they were doing.
The details for the pick up could be clearer. We were advised to look for the desk inside the terminal whereas we needed to go to the building 200 metres up the road. A small point and the only way that their service could be improved
It was night when we landed, and we had to call the car rental company to have someone pick us up. We waited for more than an hour before being taken to the rental location. The car rental office was quite far from the airport. I recommend that travelers heading to Rhodes Island carefully check their terminal location, as the airport now has two terminals, and choose a rental company with a counter inside the airport.
This is a Greek chain car rental company, and their service is quite professional. The paperwork was handled quickly, and there was a dedicated person to track and check the condition of the car when picking it up. Upon returning to the airport, a staff member escorted us since we were in a hurry to catch our flight. They arranged for someone to take us to the airport promptly, and the journey takes about fifteen minutes.
Easy pick up right from the airport (waiting with a sign with our name on it) - quick and friendly pick up of the car - great vehicle very clean and in good condition - easy and quick drop off service and return ride to the airport!
