Completed faster check in but only one queue so didn't save any time. The hire car was damaged and not very clean but were told to hand it back fully valeted. Felt as it was booked through third party, they were not as interested as with any previous bookings.

Car was great, although the steering of the vehicle was a slight concern. I found that it kept trying to recentre after steering in a particular direction. There wasn't any one available at vehicle dropoff to advise.
The staff where fantastic Jacqueline in particular. We had arrived in Belfast and the airline had lost my luggage, so I had no paperwork or clothes apart from what I was wearing. They helped me with everything including where I could buy some clothes. 10 out of 10 for service.
