Paid about 12 euros a day for a better model. Upgraded from Seat Leon to Toyota CHR. Could feel the difference on the highways. Definitely a good tradeoff
Although there were language barriers, the staff was patient and efficiently handled the car pickup and return procedures. Especially on the 13th when we changed the drop-off location, the company was very accommodating!
Unjustified charges, they overcharged an extra day and also added a fee for different drop-off location. After a complaint, they refunded over 50 euros, but it still wasn't enough.
After the car window was broken by a thief in Barcelona, they replaced the car for free. When a car of the same class wasn't available, they upgraded it to a Mercedes automatic business car.
