The Budget-Avis Team were superb and could answer all of my questions. I haven't received my final bill yet, but we shall see if it comes via email or not.
It reflects the disciplined nature of Danish people. Even if you have a simple question, you must wait until the previous person's issue is completely resolved. This is commendable.
I got the car from copenhagen airport which was not very far from the arrivals probably around 2km, with bags a bit difficult to walk so better to go and pick up the car first than to get the bags.
Car was pretty clean inside out and only 30k km on the clock so very pleased for what i paid overall.
Pretty easy to get through to customer service and vecause i lost my flight and i had to catch a new one which was after 23:00hrs they had someone waiting for me there to pick up the key.
Very very pleased with them myself.
