Since I arrived at Toronto Pearson Airport at night, I directly went to the car rental counter. Because I had already paid for the rental in advance, the entire process was completed in just 5 minutes.
Service was good and everything was perfect except the return policy since I wanted to return early but they don’t have policy to refund for early return

The counter staff at Budget could not have been more helpful. Although our pickup point was not busy we found the staff to be 100% professional and helpful. The car was ready for collection and was spotlessly clean.
