Car had a lot of small dents which the staff didn't take note off , or even cared about ..."take a photo"

The counter service was absolutely atrocious, we waited in the queue for well over an hour, only to be told we were in the wrong queue despite be told by a customer service agent to stay where we were. The service agent really struggled to enter the UK driver licence detail onto the system, this took around 50 minutes to complete, along with the help of several other people. I must say the counter staff remained polite and helpful at all times as did we. The car we finally wound up with was superb, only 500 miles old although it had damage on the driver’s side. If the agent had a better understanding of the it system it would have been perfect, still I guess everybody has to learn. An almost two hour delay was a heavy price to pay.

Superb, easy to follow, prompt service, great cost.

I have been charged 435 US dollars outside of my already paid amount for this reservation. 174 were cut as security and 239 have been cut after we dropped it off. This is highly unprofessional and has not even been authorized. ALSO NO RECEIPT OF THESE DEDUCTIONS HAS BEEN RECEIVED. Please have this reversed.

Not enough staff in Seattle office so had a long wait. We dropped car off early in San Francisco due to parking difficulties. We had been advised on the phone that we would get a refund for unused days but this did not happen. In addition we have received an invoice for a surcharge since we got home -for what? Very disappointing.

Address for pick-up from Avis in Seattle was incorrect so booking had to be altered.

Overall experience was great. Only problem was the description of vehicle. It claims it seats 7-8. 10 yr olds maybe. We rented for a long trip and it seated 5 adults comfortably. Pick up and drop off were great. Staff at Avis were awesome!!! Very helpful. Vehicle road great and had all the bells and whistles you could hope for in a rental.
