I was booking Volkswagen Golf, but instead they gave me Honda,which was pretty much smaller than I expected. Besides that, everything was ok, good service.
Holton London. Shaun and Zil greeted me the moment I walked through the doors even though they were busy with customers. The transaction process went quickly and efficiently. Check in was the same. I will definately rent from here again. Travel regularly from Australia to see family. Will tell friends and family. Keep up the great service. Shaun and Zil huge assets to your organisation.
The car was a Honda jazz which isn’t really like a Volkswagen Golf to drive, it seemed much less good quality. The service on the desk was slow, rude and uninterested in customer service. The man then took over 45 minutes to collect the car as it had to be washed or wasn’t ready but we weren’t told, we were just left waiting in a car park for over 30 minutes
Absolutely appalling customer service. I will not use again and I will warn others not to use.
