The condition of the car was terrible, and the service was equally poor. When delivering the car, they were extremely casual, but during the inspection, they checked every detail meticulously. The car I got had brake issues, and I had to waste my valuable time replacing it once. This brand is not an international chain—do not book with them! Stay cautious, friends!
Whilst the car was as expected and the counter staff were polite, we were forced due to Green Motion not being able to process our credit card for pre authorisation to purchase insurance that was more than the cost of the rental. We witnessed another customer suffer the same fate, which made us think it was a bit of a scam. Will not use Green Motion again.

Booking platform was as usual easy to use. Price drop worked well and saved us some money.
The vehicle was very dirty inside with alot of external damage.
Green motion accidently charged me for an additional day prior to the vehicle return (the return date on qeeq was correct on the signed vehicle contract).
They promised to refund me and never did. Luckily qeeq assisted with refunding me
Ordered a transit van but given a Toyota Proace - significantly smaller and almost not fit for the purpose I hired for.
Counter agent demanded I fill out a positive review of his service before giving me the van keys… only then to give me keys for a significantly smaller van than I ordered. Not impressed.
The car was too old, costing an average of $700 per day, and had already run 140,000 kilometers—looks like it's at least ten years old. After exceeding 750 kilometers of mileage, there's a charge of $0.25 per kilometer. That's outrageous.
I had a flat tire on the road and was fined 10,000 dirhams. I contacted the store immediately after the tire burst, but their response was just reading my message without replying. Make sure to wash the car before returning it; their fine for not washing is as high as 300 dirhams.
Terrible experience! I rent cars more than 30 times a year, and this is by far the worst. This supplier is unreliable—it's my second time using them, and both times the car I received was significantly different from what I booked. For this price, the car they provided was a completely different model and in extremely poor condition. While the staff's service wasn't too bad, the company itself is very untrustworthy, seemingly trying to deceive customers. They always provide subpar vehicles, ruining the travel experience every time I need to drive. Absolutely awful.
The store is very small, with only one staff member. Since I returned the car early, no one could take me to the airport, so I had to call an Uber myself.
