Centauro staff at Bilbao Airport was ace! They were friendly and accommodating. Appreciation to the staff who helped us change the setting on the car to English. Super friendly and funny!
Very convenient, there is a shuttle bus to the airport every 15 minutes with frequent departures. However, make sure to allow extra time if you are catching a flight.

Only one mini bus who needed to do 3 trips for passengers on the same flight.
Like: Hired the car for 5 day trip. Persuaded to take additional insurance as usual. No Gas station on main road into Alicante airport to refill before return so had to exit terminal and find gas in town.
