The service was very poor, no smiles, and they provided the worst car of the same type. They charged an additional AUD 33 service fee for a AUD 1.38 toll.
We wanted to change the return location last minute and tried to contact the rental company. Unfortunately, no one answered the phone or was at the store. Even the customer service hotline was unresponsive, which was really frustrating.
The service was quite enthusiastic. The entire process took about half an hour, and I waited in line behind three people. When inspecting the car, I found a small dent under the trunk. I informed the Hertz staff, and they indicated that such a small scratch, about the size of a finger, was not an issue. Later, I saw in the rental documentation from Hertz that it specifies the size of damage that requires a claim.
The person before me took over half an hour to rent a car, the staff was a bit slow. I originally booked a Qashqai on Zuzuche, but ended up with an EcoSport. The space is very small and it's not easy to drive.
