The store is very small, and although there are quite a few staff at the counter, not many actually working, leading to long queues. First, they pushed me to upgrade the car model, then they forced insurance on me. Ridiculous!
Not satisfied. I booked a Jeep, but upon arrival, there were only a few cars to choose from, and the only SUV available was a Buick. After checking, it costs 125,900, which is not in line with my rental price.
The car rental process was slow, and they tried to sell insurance during pick-up. Be sure to check everything before signing. Once you have the paperwork, go directly to the parking lot to choose your car; the keys are inside the vehicle.
Insurance is very important, and I got an upgrade. Language proficiency is also crucial.
