I had a very bad experience with Europcar. The staff made some mistakes on contract so we have been waited for 1 hr to get our cars. After rental, we returned the car to Europcar, the staff there has checked and kept the key. They emailed us again and mentioned we did not return. Also, we were extra charged by Europcar $250+ Aud. And I have to make oversea call to get back my refund. Overall, it really makes us very disappointed with the car rental service.
As I was organised the trip for guests who are paying for the trip including car rental fees. Even though I was the main driver, the guests still will to use their credit card to pay. However it was not feasible under your policies. This should be more flexible.
Easy to find pickup and dropoff locations. Car was given as specified and provided with the child seat as we required

Excellent platform. Insurance purchased on the platform allowed us to decline the car company insurance. Obtained the car for approx 40% lower than other rental companies we enquired. Overall pleasant experience
