初めての海外レンタル、初めてQEEQを利用、初めてAlamoを利用しました。乗ったのはシルバーのシボレーEquinoxで、走行距離は10000マイル、車の状態は非常に良く、車内も広々しています。手続きをする際に、フロントで1日5ドルの緊急救援保険が必要かどうか尋ねられましたが、「不要です」と答えると、それ以上問いかけられることはなく、すぐに契約書に署名しました。車を受け取るのは非常に簡単で、私の予約票を見て、どのクラスの車かを確認し、「コンパクト」と書かれた柱を指差され、その柱の隣にある車を自分で選びました。中級SUVの中からEquinoxを選び、荷物を積み込み、出口でナンバープレートを登録されてそのまま高速道路に乗りました。返却はサンディエゴ国際空港で、それも非常に簡単でした。現地に着いて車を停め、鍵を渡すと、係員がキーを差し込み、窓を全部下げて燃料が満タンか確認し、一周して問題がないことを確認すると、価格を確認した後、ポータブルPOS端末で小さなレシートを渡され、取引完了です！全体で20秒ほどでした。

At first, they didn't give me the specified car model. It was actually parked nearby, but the keys hadn't arrived, and they didn't make any effort to help me find it.
