The rental company staff were very friendly. Despite the long delay caused by issues with the QEEQ platform, they were patient and continuously assisted us in resolving the matter.
1. During my rental period, I experienced a flat tire in the middle of nowhere at 8:30 PM (still within business hours). I called the rental office, company headquarters, and other contact numbers, but none were reachable. I couldn't get any assistance from the rental company. Fortunately, the car manufacturer's roadside assistance service helped me out. Not being able to contact the rental company during business hours is extremely disappointing.
2. When I purchased additional insurance, the service representative miscalculated the amount I needed to pay. After I pointed it out, they pretended not to notice and simply corrected the amount for me to re-pay.
3. The deposit payment method is extremely strict, requiring a £1500 deposit but only accepting credit cards with chips. My credit card from home doesn't have a chip, so I had to purchase additional insurance to lower the deposit amount. Throughout this process, the rental company's staff were not friendly.
The wait for collection was appalling spent over an hour with nowhere to sit and be comfortable, they did not accept your insurance for the car so we felt we were pressurised and intimidated to pay an extra excessive amount to carry on with the rental. They did upgrade the car but that was because we were not happy with the situation. Also there were other people in the same situation and they also were not happy with Green Motion.

Overall booking with Easyrentcars was pleasant until we actually got to the pick-up point, then it all went wrong (see comments opposite). When I communicated with your customer service they were certainly on the ball and keeping in touch with e-mails constantly, and we still have dialogue with you trying to resolve this dispute and look forward, hopefully for a good result.
It took a long time to get all the admin sorted as I was not aware I should have my NI number and DVLA code and clearing done.
As I did not know my NI number I had to phone around and finally got this all sorted.
It was good that I had taken my passport along as well, because a second ID was needed.
Had to wait over an hour, complete waste of time. I would never recommend greenmotion. The cost more than doubled when accident insurance was applied. Cost was over £100 for 3 days. Although I hired for 3 days, I was only allowed 2 days mileage not 3 , so then had to pay another £10 for excess mileage . Overall I was an expensive disaster !!
