While parking on the roadside, I damaged a tire. BUDGET charged my credit card twice, totaling over 6000 RMB. In Australia, replacing a tire costs less than 1000 RMB. Not sure how they determine their pricing, it's unreasonable.
The process was easy and no deposit was required, unlike the E company which charges 100 AUD. The service attitude was very good. I originally booked to return the car at Hobbiton Airport, but when I asked if I could change it to Launceston, they said yes without hesitation and didn't charge any extra fees. Excellent service.
Although the booked model was different from the original, the car was very new and clean, and the service was good.
