The service from GLOBAL rent a car was excellent! When we couldn't find the pick-up location, we called and they brought the car to us. Later, they showed us where to return the car, which made the return process convenient. It was self-service and we just had to park the car, place the keys in the designated box, and leave.
There were 2 bad aspects, 1) No shuttle service upon arrival at the airport, no storefront inside the airport, had to call twice to find them. 2) Was asked to pay for parking when returning the car. There were also 2 good aspects, 1) The car was upgraded, 2) The car was new, only 3,000 kilometers driven.
