The service attitude was great, very enthusiastic and attentive. There was a car to pick us up from the cruise terminal to the store. The only downside is the rental shop closes a bit early, at 6 PM. Although they allow drop-off returns, we were concerned about potential unresolved damages, so we returned the car early. If you drop off the car after hours, the store's shuttle is not available, but the staff can help you book a taxi in advance, which is quite thoughtful.
The counter staff initially sold me on the prepaid fuel option, but later reversed it at my request after I determined that local prices were substantially lower.
Like: The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Location is great, right near the interstate. Dislike: Not initially clear that I was renting from Enterprise. Once I called the number on receipt things went smoothly.
