There was an issue with the license plate. We were taken to the police station and told the car owed taxes. We called the rental company's hotline and were asked to pay 1000 THB as a fine, which was refunded when we returned the car. It wasted our time. I recommend the rental company thoroughly check the vehicle's taxes to ensure it's in proper condition before renting it out.
The overall service was excellent. Even though my English isn't very good, they explained everything clearly with gestures. Highly commendable!
