First, I'd like to commend the staff who helped us pick up the car. He was very helpful and picked us up about 5 minutes after we got out of the airport. It was our first time driving in the US, and he answered all our questions. Later, he responded to our inquiries promptly. The car was in good condition with about 30,000 kilometers on it, and we drove around 2,000 kilometers without any issues.
Response time was quick. Within about ten minutes, a dedicated car came to pick us up from the airport. The process was simple, no need to queue, just take the car directly.
Returning the car was quite a rip-off. Very unsatisfied. Their refueling service is extremely expensive, several times more than foreign rental companies, and they did not inform us beforehand. This is far worse compared to US car rental companies.
