They charged an additional four hundred yuan for delivery, which wasn't mentioned during the rental! We accidentally took a toll road and asked the company for help with the appeal, but they didn't assist. Eventually, we had to find a local to handle it ourselves. Poor service.
The staff didn't explain things clearly during pickup and didn't provide a contract. Although they later sent it via email, we were still skeptical but trusted them anyway.
Two weeks after returning the car, we were notified about an unpaid toll that had resulted in a fine, increasing from $6 to $63. Shouldn't such notifications be given promptly after returning the car? Why inform us only after it became overdue? We had to handle the appeal ourselves, and the after-sales service was very poor!
Additionally, they called us midway to ask if we could change cars because of their mistake in double-booking. Shouldn't they have sorted this out themselves instead of disturbing customers during their trip? Their careless approach caused us inconvenience.
While the rental process was straightforward, it was overly simplistic and lacked proper communication. Problems were left for us to handle, indicating an overall organizational issue.
At Los Angeles Airport, there was a guy with a Northeastern Chinese accent who brought the car to us. He was very sincere. There was also another lady he picked up at the airport, and he was very patient in helping her with her taxi. Our vehicle handover went smoothly. He even patiently waited for my son's arriving flight. This was highly appreciated!
Great service, got a free car upgrade and the car was delivered directly to the airport.
