The process was extremely slow. There were only three people in line, but it took nearly an hour. Customer service insisted on buying additional insurance, even though I had already purchased it. They had many excuses and insisted on buying more. If you refused, they showed displeasure. Additionally, I was charged an extra fee during pick-up.
They promoted full insurance, but didn't push further after I declined. The service was good.
