The staff at the rental counter were extremely rude! We wanted to add full insurance to lower the deductible, but they told us it wasn't available! In the end, we did have an accident and had to pay 850 euros! We will never rent from this company again!
Car did exceed my expectations, very nice little car and fuel efficient too.
