I booked a car the night before for pickup the next morning. Initially, I was worried that in Europe, you couldn't get a car without booking at least a week in advance, but it turns out I was overthinking. The car was almost brand new, with just over 3,000 kilometers on it and purchased about six months ago. The service staff didn’t charge any additional fees, including for cross-border driving. SIXT, for example, charges 15 euros per day for that, but here it was completely free. There was no mileage limit for the car, and the whole process was worry-free. I paid a 300-euro deposit.
The service was very efficient. I only needed to provide the booking name to pick up the car. They did not require a card without a UnionPay logo, nor did they push for additional insurance purchases.

They actual car's performance was below expectations. Terrible to drive, difficult to park, as there are very limited features in this GM.
Previously I had been given a T-Cross, and another time a Kasqar with the same booking. Both cars a dream to drive. Rather NO GM for me again! Thanks
My car rental experience with the QEEQ platform was fantastic. As soon as I landed, I received a message with directions for picking up the car and a list of required documents. It was easy to find the car rental company. On the return day, I also received return instructions, and the return process was very convenient.
The rental company is Europcar, and the experience at the Amsterdam Airport branch was extremely poor. Upon arriving at the front desk at the reserved time, we had to wait 3 hours to complete the paperwork and get the car, and this waiting time was included in the rental period. We had reserved a seven-seater automatic car, but were given a manual diesel car, which was far below the promised standard. When we brought this up, the front desk staff were arrogant and did not even answer calls from the domestic platform to resolve the issue. They only asked for more money for an upgrade. Pressed for time, we had no choice but to pay the additional fee. During this process, I had to shuttle between the front desk and the pick-up point repeatedly. Ultimately, the 3-hour wait time was included in our rental period due to a 'computer issue,' resulting in a supposed rental duration of 21 hours. During our interaction, the staff exhibited discriminatory behavior and made derogatory comments in Dutch among themselves. While traveling should be a joyful experience, I hope sharing this account helps others avoid such pitfalls. Europcar's service was very poor.
