Initially, we went to a small counter on the first floor of the airport where several companies were represented, but there was only one person, so we had to wait in line forever. Later, the desk staff told us that if we were Alamo customers, we could go directly to the car pick-up point to handle everything. At first, we didn’t understand where the pick-up point was and spent a long time searching outside the airport. We even asked a police officer for help, and the officer eventually took me back to the desk to ask the staff members, and that's when we figured it out. On the bright side, we got a very positive impression of Dutch police—thumbs up!
No upselling at all. However, I rented a BMW, paid for a BMW, but received a Suzuki. When I requested a replacement, they replied that they never had BMW X1s. If they don't have it, why is this model an option? Is this an issue with the rental company or QEEQ?
The Schiphol branch is better than Europe Car. The staff at Europecar were indifferent. Alamo and Enterprise are actually the same company, felt like I got a good deal. The girl who helped me book upstairs was very nice, and she was also there when I returned the car. The girl who assisted me with the pickup was great too, even joked with us.
The service was excellent, but the condition of the car was quite average. However, I believe this is not the rental company's fault but rather an issue with QEEQ.
After making the reservation online, the store refused to let me pick up the car at the originally scheduled time and forced us to wait an extra 50 minutes.

Due to an issue with the translated driver's license, I wasn't able to rent the car. The communication process wasted three valuable hours of my trip. Eventually, I had to rent a car from another company at twice the cost. Very disappointing experience!
I rented an Audi A3 but got a Golf instead. The space was more than sufficient, and the car was fairly new and clean with just over 15,000 kilometers. It was very comfortable to drive. Over 10 days, I drove a total of 3,200 kilometers and spent 2,600 yuan on fuel. Gas prices in Germany and the Netherlands were quite high, over 2 units, but in France and Switzerland, they were significantly cheaper, at just over 1 unit. It's truly fascinating.
I initially booked an Audi A3, but due to a lot of luggage, I was worried it wouldn't fit. I inquired about a more spacious car and the additional cost. The store provided a great alternative and offered a discount on the extra cost. Very happy!
