The rental order clearly stated it should only be 8 euros. After a long negotiation, they then claimed one deposit was 300 euros and the other 101 euros for fuel coverage. Having been on a 16-hour flight, I was too exhausted to argue. The rental platform didn't reach any agreement with the rental company, and their insurance wasn't recognized. Ultimately, we consumers suffer the losses.
