The company's counter is at the international exit, which is not easy to find. If you exit through the domestic terminal, it’s hard to re-enter. Look for the police at the entrance; they can help you find a staff member. It took me more than an hour to pick up the car.
1. Both the Kayseri Airport pickup point and the Izmir Airport drop-off point were not clearly marked, causing quite some confusion.
2. The car provided had an empty fuel tank, and I had to put in some fuel to start it! Finding a gas station immediately after starting the journey is very inconvenient for first-time visitors.
3. The front tires of the car were severely worn out with barely any tread left, which was nerve-wracking during driving.
