The car's interior was quite old and not very clean. The main issue was that the costs were unclear throughout the process. Using a credit card, I paid a deposit beforehand, another deposit at the store, and was charged an additional 180 euros when returning the car. In the end, I still didn't understand how much I paid in total!
The actual pickup was at Hertz. The service was very professional and they didn't try to upsell any other products or services. The line was long, but since I am a Hertz Gold member, I completed the pickup quickly.
Dislike: Found scratches on car when they noted it as a perfect car. It was late at night and therefore dark. Had to go out with a Rep to verify all the scratches that I found (scratches able to catch the fingernail deep) Drop off at Bologna was sort of unclear. Google maps takes you to wrong place. Just follow airport signs to car drop off.
