The airport shuttle location did not match the instructions, and the contact number provided was unreachable. The shuttle was shared with other companies and had no signage. Despite informing the rental store that we had full insurance from our home country, they added extra insurance without notice, resulting in duplicate coverage and additional costs. This was the worst experience among multiple international car rentals I have had.
I was two hours late picking up the car. Their hotline wasn't accessible. When I finally arrived, they told me my reservation had been canceled and charged me more than double the original price.
