Extremely satisfied, the staff were very friendly and provided great service. The car was in excellent condition, aligning with the price point. The pick-up process was quick without any complicated procedures.
Hidden insurance fees were not disclosed by the staff. They concealed this from customers. The customer service was unhelpful, making me suspicious they might be colluding for profit. I will not use their services again.
They downgraded our car model and added hidden charges.
