First, the actual rented car was a diesel vehicle. During use, it suddenly showed a need to add AdBlue, otherwise it could not run normally after 100 km. After inquiring with customer service, I was told to buy AdBlue myself and then get reimbursed by the rental company. It took a lot of detours and wasted fuel to purchase AdBlue! Finally, after an hour, I bought it and got a receipt from the store (Total gas station). When returning the car, the rental company did not accept the receipt, claiming it did not list the AdBlue product name! We provided all evidence: a photo of the AdBlue warning displayed on the vehicle on the day of travel, photos of the purchase, and photos of adding AdBlue at the gas station, all with time stamps matching the receipt. We are still appealing and there has been no progress so far...
The overall experience was just average. Please note that there's a limit of 500 kilometers per rental, with an extra charge of 1 euro per additional kilometer. The car itself was pretty good, with more features than described.
Had to wait along time for the car. Long queue. Not given a Kashqui equivalent and it was a manual not an automatic. Didn’t want to wait any more so accepted it.
Our luggage just fitted in. Children had bags under their feet.

Unable to provide better condition vehicle unless paid extra for upgrade. Only drive 800m and car exhaust was banging..poss missing rubber bush...so on returning to desk was provided with same model in much better condition!
Keddy n'est pas indiqué sur les panneaux de loueurs de voitures, il fallait se rendre au comptoir Europcar tout simplement !
Surclassement de voiture, personnel très sympathique et arrangeant, je recommande !
