The customer service tried hard to get me to buy insurance. They vaguely suggested that I purchase it. When I refused after realizing it, they initially said it was mandatory. They only canceled the insurance after seeing I was firm.
I always choose this company. There are no unnecessary troubles, and they help resolve issues.
