The initially provided car had too many miles, the engine made strange noises, and the windshield wipers didn’t work properly. Later, they replaced it with a newer car with 5700 miles.
Good service attitude, no upselling even with full insurance purchased. They let you choose from several models. The staff I met was an Asian named Bobby.
Very satisfied. This was my first time renting a car abroad, I was a bit nervous but the staff was very friendly and efficient.
