The first car they gave me had a problem with the touch screen so I changed it immediately but the second one they gave me was not automatic so I had to change again and in the end they gave me a big Renault Scenic which was really not the model I was expecting, really too big for the need I had, not convenient on small road and small parking etc. The process took more than 1 hour

Q at desk for car was 90 mins. Never again.

Je n'ai pas pu joindre le loueur le lundi et je n'ai donc pas pu récupérer la voiture, car l'adresse n'était pas assez précise (gare SNCF). J'ai eu le responsable de l'agence le lendemain matin. Il m'a reçu de manière lamentable, me disant que tout était de ma faute "J'aurais du demander à l'accueil de la gare où était l'agence de location de voiture !".

When we got to the pickup desk we were told that the car type we booked was not available and were offered a Fiat 500 as a substitute which was no good as I needed space for my wheelchair which is why we had booked the car type in the first place we were charged additionally for a Dacia Duster.
