The car rental service attitude was quite good. At pickup, I asked the staff to carefully document the unregistered scratches on the car. The return process was very quick.
Very satisfied with the staff, but there were too many people in line and the wait time was a bit long. They replaced my car with a two-door Mercedes C220d coupe, which was awesome.
The service was very patient. Mr. Santiago-Lopez at the Atocha train station counter gave us a detailed explanation of the car rental details and terms, and recommended a more comfortable model, which is commendable. A tip for fellow renters: there are fewer car options at the train station compared to the airport, so the selection is limited. However, you can rest assured that you will get a car.
