My booking said the car's fuel would be full to full. They gave me a car with 60% petrol - therefore breaking the booking contract.
I tried to return the car at 60% as required, however this was impossible to tell when filling and I filled it to 100%. They wouldn't reimburse me - they therefore got 40% worth of FREE fuel. This is a scam!!!
They also made me pay insurance on the car even though I had booked and paid insurance through Easy Rent Cars.
Lastly, they gave me a Ford, which was fine however I had requested a VW which would have been slightly bigger which I needed.
