I booked a Cherokee, but they didn't have one available and refused to upgrade. After insisting, they finally gave me a low-end model that wasn't four-wheel drive.
It is quite convenient, and the procedures are not very complicated. However, I originally wanted to use the self-service machines in the lobby, but twice I got to the last step and it said I needed to go to the counter, wasting a lot of time. The response of the self-service machine was also quite slow, and the information required was a lot and mixed. I encountered a female staff at the counter, her attitude was very bad, she seemed to be Mexican. But another African American guy had a good attitude. The customer service staff in the lobby are generally good.
They were excellent to deal with. And provided great quality cars
