The rental counter is right in the Bozeman airport exit hall, very convenient. The parking lot is near the exit. However, there is no return point at Jackson Hole airport; you need to go back to the city to return the car. I hope this can be improved, but overall it was still pretty good.
Like: The staff were friendly and helpful Dislike: We booked a Kia Rio (or similar) and got a Kia Soul. The Rio looks more like a sedan while the Soul looks like a miniature station wagon. The Soul served our purpose but is not the most attractive vehicle in my opinion.
