Forget my glasses - Although they inspected the car upsind down did not remind me.
My previous rental experiences from Budget were very good, however this time the model / brand i booked was not available. instead of upgrading my booking to a better model they gave me a smaller car for the same price.
Brilliant service great communication easy to use app will certainly use again.
