Anyone who books a car may arrive a bit early to complete the process, yet they charged me over 600 RMB for just four minutes without informing me. It's extremely infuriating. The Chinese staff there would do anything for a commission.
They warmly welcome customers and carefully explain driving precautions, especially highlighting some specific road segments. They also clean the car in advance and wait for customers to arrive.
