Pros: The pickup and drop-off locations are very convenient. The staff is also very friendly, and the vehicle's condition is quite good.
Cons: There's no clear information about self-service return, no clear return instructions, and no one to inspect the car with you (relying entirely on mutual trust). No one explains how to use the vehicle. The parking lot even lacks staff to consult about driving the vehicle. But I had the same experience with Avis before. Maybe it's assumed that passengers renting the car are already familiar with it.
Overall, it's still quite easy and hassle-free. If you're particular about what I've described, I recommend asking the counter staff for all the necessary information when handling the procedures.
A few days after returning the car, I was charged AUD 219.9 for cleaning and miscellaneous fees, while my companion, who rented a car at the same time, did not incur these charges. I have never encountered this situation with rentals in different countries before!
Excellent service! Due to bad weather, one of our friends couldn't join, so it was just the two of us girls. The SUV we initially rented was too big for us. The staff responsibly suggested we switch cars. Even though we couldn't get a refund, they didn't just recommend a smaller or cheaper car. They carefully suggested a suitable vehicle based on our route, and we ended up renting a 5-seater SUV. We had a minor collision in the suburbs, and the other party, seeing we were just two girls, didn't press the matter. Although it was a minor accident that only dented the license plate, it was obvious the car wouldn't pass inspection. When we told the staff about it, they very kindly didn't ask for compensation. We got lost on the way to return the car and were an hour late, but they didn't charge us extra. It was a very pleasant experience.
The car that i booked wasn’t available during pick up. I was offered a similar class of vehicle which worked out well.
Pick up and return was very seamless. Explanations were straight to the point.

Just a suggestion, reminders on the booking could be sent to customers when close to the booking dates.
