This car is really worn out. I thought it must be at least 10 years old, but then I saw the key and it’s a 2022 model. Shocking!! I can't even upload a photo?!
Returning the car was fast, but the provided return address couldn't be found using Google Maps or other maps commonly used in the US. It would direct you to another address 3-4 kilometers away.
The counter service attitude was average because I didn't buy extra insurance or upgrade the car! They kept saying the car I booked couldn't fit my luggage. When I said 'have a try, OK?' she finally stopped talking! In fact, there was plenty of space! Returning the car was easy, and the service was good and efficient.
The car's condition is good, but the model differed from the reserved one, and it was slightly smaller.
