We picked up the car about half an hour early, but the rental company didn't inform us that we also had to return it half an hour early. As a result, we were charged for an extra day!!! Furthermore, even if we were late by half an hour, they should not have charged us for a full day!! The most critical issue is that the rental company gave no warning about this, extremely frustrating!
They provided a very new Korean car. Although it's a Korean car, it was very comfortable to drive.
They recommended a $1,000,000 third-party liability insurance which was not included in the rental order. It was $12 per day and came with a booster seat included. Considering renting a booster seat alone would cost $12 per day, I decided to take it.
Like: The staff recommended me to rent a Subaru Outback because of the weather conditions in Montana. The car was in an excellent condition. I am pretty much satisfied with my rental experience.
