The service attitude of this car rental company is very poor. When returning the car, they had verbally confirmed certain things, like removable mud they called scratches. I extended my rental for a month offline, and two weeks prior to returning the car, I informed them about the bent plastic piece on the wheel, which they said wouldn't incur any charges. Yet, they charged me behind my back. Completely untrustworthy. During my second pickup, even though I followed the instructions and notified them upon crossing customs at the agreed time, no one came to pick me up. Only after multiple reminders did they arrive, very late. When we finally got to the parking lot, the car was not ready. They took my passport, filled out the details, and flipped through its inner pages. However, the UAE uses electronic gates, so there wouldn't be any stamps. I have no idea what their actions meant. As a returning customer, I feel the service has worsened. The more familiar you are, the worse they treat you. I wish them a swift closure.
