In September last year, they provided me with a car whose brake pads were severely worn and unsuitable for driving! After driving just over 50 kilometers out of London, I had to replace the brake pads, which disrupted my schedule for the entire day. We requested compensation, but there has been no response to this day!
Automatic car not available despite having paid for an automatic. Were forced to take a manual car - fortunately I have a Manual Lhcence. No discount offered for inconvenience. Very disappointing. Meant my wife was not able to share the driving load with me.
Very pleased with the service, staff were very accommodating, polite and helpful, the car was rented at a very reasonable price, and the car ran perfectly without any issues. What’s not to like
