When searched for car we set SUV as a criteria and this vehicle showed up. Unfortunately, it was not SUV, Alamo didn't have SUV whatsoever. We ended up paying double price for an ordinary car and it was a different car in any case. All they had a type of car on their booking and no mention of SUV. I feel robbed.

Like: Having air conditioning in the back two rows of van was critical. Two previous trips to Greece were almost ruined by a large van with no air-conditioning in the back seats. A disaster for a country like Greece. Dislike: Very Fast service for pick up; Very friendly, helpful staff; Drop off very easy, and staff very helpful in finding a couple of carts and helping us unload. Top marks! Thank you so much!
Like: I rent a small car and they exchange it with a brand new one, slightly bigger, nicer and neat! The problem was that someone broke into my car and stole my bag with all my papers and money, causing a small damage on the key lock at the driver’s door. The guys at the rental showed me sympathy for my loss and they didn‘t ask for anything, solving me in this way, a huge problem!
I‘m so greatfull about this and I will definetly rent from them in the future! Dislike: Nothing. Everything was perfect!
