Tried to give me a dirty heavily damaged Malibu and when I asked for another. I was told by a very rude guy that I’m renting a USED car! The car was so dirty and damaged that I insisted and was finally given a presentable car.
During the pandemic, only two counters were open, so there was a bit of a wait. The car was in excellent condition, a new model with great features, large capacity, comfortable seats, and a wide driving view. There were plenty of USB charging ports, with one in each row of seats, and parking sensors on all four corners of the car, which made parking very convenient.
