Front desk service was very poor. They tried to give me a car with a broken rearview mirror, then pushed a lower-quality Nissan. There were charges not mentioned by the car rental company, and contacting the rental customer service was difficult and unhelpful.
They keep trying to sell additional insurance and push for upgrading to more expensive cars. The staff, especially the Indian people, assume that Chinese people are easily fooled and have lots of money. They even try to scare you by saying the insurance doesn't cover certain things. Does booking through Zuzuche make you more prone to being misled? Next time, I'll rent directly from the car rental company.
The service was very poor, with a lot of upselling for upgrades and extra insurance (even though I stated I had already purchased full coverage, the female Chinese receptionist continued to push insurance). Overall, I will not rent from Hertz again.
La tarifa final fue muy superior a la contratada porque el vehiculo tenía ruedas normales y necesitábamos ruedas de invierno. Igualmente contratamos seguro a todo riesgo que no se incluia en el precio original.
