They tried to sell me insurance, but I didn't buy it. Upon returning, I was charged for a paint scratch! The return was self-service, and I clearly checked everything myself! I had no choice but to accept it. However, later QEEQ's full insurance covered it!
I was inexplicably overcharged and am currently coordinating through the rental company. Thieves are rampant in the Barcelona subway; I encountered two groups of thieves within five minutes, which was terrifying.
Hertz overcharged for the car by a day so had to call customer services to get refund. Still waiting for this.
